In the construction department, some of the job responsibilities mechanics will have include working on new construction, system renovations, retrofit/remodeling, installing compressed air and ventilation systems, sheet-metal fabrication, and piping systems.
Within our service department, we maintain and service over five hundred commercial and industrial facilities in the Charlotte area. As a service technician, some of your responsibilities will include: HVAC system repairs/upgrades, coil and tube cleaning, running regular maintenance on HVAC units, and changing filters.
HVAC experience is not required but is always appreciated. STRONG MECHANICAL APTITUDE IS REQUIRED.
